Please prove your military status with your Veterans card, DD-214 and or through the Veterans Administration Website or through your lender when they send the order to us and we’ll be off and running! We’ll waive our settlement fee of $250.00 for purchases and $100.00 for refis. If the closing is out of the Cincinnati Metropolitan area we will have to add an administration fee of $75.00-$100, but the settlement fee is still waived! This is our way of saying thank you for all that you do for our country!
